1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and ph18 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the ph18 website at ph18.vu, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the ph18 platform in any way. ph18 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility

ph18 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one ph18 account only. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and valid email address. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

ph18 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months
• Proof of payment method ownership (where applicable)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain platform features. ph18 may suspend or close accounts where KYC information cannot be verified or where fraudulent documents are submitted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ph18 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph18 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph18 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.

Supported payment channels currently include GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking and bank transfers. The availability of specific channels may change over time. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on ph18.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment channel in the same name as the registered ph18 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved.

ph18 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. Processing times will vary depending on the channel used and the outcome of any verification requirements. ph18 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5 Game Play & Betting

ph18 offers slots, live casino games, sports betting, and other gaming categories. Each game type is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant section of the platform.

All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed after confirmation unless ph18 determines that an error occurred on the platform's side. In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, ph18 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.

All slots and random-outcome casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers under controlled studio conditions. Game results are logged in your account history.

For sports betting, odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at ph18's discretion. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results from the relevant governing body. ph18 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by irregular activity.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market.
• Accumulator or parlay bets are subject to combined odds rules as displayed at the time of placement.
• Voided selections in an accumulator will be treated as non-runners and the bet will be recalculated accordingly.
• ph18 reserves the right to limit bet amounts for individual players at its discretion.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ph18 may offer bonuses, cashback, free spins, or other promotional incentives to players from time to time. Any active promotion will have its own specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, validity periods, and withdrawal conditions.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device.
• ph18 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned. ph18 reserves the right to reverse erroneous bonus credits from player balances.

ph18 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus at any given time. Promotional offers are at the sole discretion of ph18 and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ph18. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or allowing others to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Accessing ph18 using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to disguise your actual location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph18 staff or other players through any communication channel.

ph18 actively monitors platform activity and cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected illegal conduct. Players found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended without notice and will not be entitled to any refund of balances held at the time of suspension pending investigation.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ph18 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Suspicious betting patterns or exploitation of technical errors.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under responsible gaming provisions.
• Determination that the player does not meet eligibility requirements.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment channel after necessary verification checks have been completed.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting ph18 customer support. Pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled according to standard rules and any resulting balance will be processed for withdrawal.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

ph18 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.
